ADVANCE COLLEGE EXPERIENCE PROGRAM (ACE)
Qualified sophomores, juniors and seniors can take regular, for-credit university courses while still in high school to get a head start on college. ACE students may be able to save up to 75% on tuition in Bloomsburg’s Advance College Experience Program.
These college courses do not replace Benton’s course requirements.
MANSFIELD EARLY START PROGRAM
Mansfield's ESP (Early Start Program) allows qualified high school students to take Mansfield University courses - in online, hybrid, or face-to-face formats - and earn college credits while still enrolled in high school. Mansfield's ESP is free for PA resident students enrolled in a Public School District or PA Charter School!
These college courses do not replace Benton’s course requirements.
PENN COLLEGE NOW COURSES
Qualified sophomores, juniors and seniors can take regular, for-credit university courses while still in high school to get a head start on college. Students must take a placement test, acquire teacher recommendations, complete all prerequisites and sign the dual enrollment form. Students also must take an end-of-year final that will be graded by Penn College faculty.
LUZERNE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (LCCC) COURSES
Qualified juniors and seniors can take regular, for-credit university courses while still in high school to get a head start on college. Students must acquire teacher recommendations, sign the dual enrollment form, complete all prerequisites (if established), take a placement test, and purchase the textbook for the course (if applicable). Students also must take an end-of-year final.
